This exhibition explores the grief process and how we experience and acknowledge death and loss. After the unexpected death of her husband in 2021 – whilst caring for her four month old baby and two and a half year old son – the artist created this body of work to aid her journey through the healing process. ‘I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY’ aims to share a very personal experience in the hope that others experiencing loss might feel that little bit less alone.
