Funding Clinics

When: Mondays,  22 February &  1 March 2010,  6 - 8pm  Re-scheduled to 8 March
Where: Chambers Crescent Theatre, Malak Shopping Centre

Darwin Community Arts, as part of its Community Partnerships Support Services project, are holding two  free Funding Clinics. The Clinics will critique and workshop funding applications for projects that are intended for Arts NT's March 1 & 15 grants program deadline. Darwin Community Arts will facilitate the Clinic.  Representatives from Arts NT will be present also to provide information and advice on their funding programs.

The Clinic on 22 February will focus on the following, applications for which are due on 1 March:
- Arts Development
- Presentation and Promotion
- Skills Development
- Emerging Artists

The Clinic on  8 March will focus on Categories with deadlines on 15 March.

* Participants are expected to bring at least a project outline and preferably a draft application to the Clinic. You may also send us outlines and drafts before the Clinics so we can prepare better for workshopping your ideas.

The Community Partnerships Support Services project is jointly funded by Arts NT and the Australia Council for the Arts. It is meant to support individuals and organisations seeking to undertake community arts and cultural development activities in the Northern Territory.
