The theme for the IWD Walk this year is "Empowering Women to End Poverty" and the special guest speaker is former Senator Margaret Reynolds (see the attached flyer).
Join us for the 2010 IWD Walk in Darwin. We will be assembling at 10.15 am at the Darwin City Council Car Park at the Darwin GPO in Cavenagh Street, and the Walk will commence at 10.30 am, progress along Cavenagh Street and conclude at the Tree of Knowledge, Darwin Civic Centre. Refreshments to be provided by Darwin City Council from 11.00 am.
